1 large head of cabbage (grated)
1 large red onion (chopped coarsely)
1 large green pepper (chopped)
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup oil
1 cup white vinegar
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp celery seeds
1 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place chopped onion and green pepper on top of grated cabbage. Do not stir. Sprinkle sugar over top of vegetables. Bring to boil the remaining ingredients and pour hot mixture over cabbage mixture. Place in tightly sealed container. Shake before serving. Can be kept for at least 1 week to 10 days.
