1 box Orange or White Cake Mix 2 pkg Frozen Coconut 16 oz. Sour Cream 1½ cups sugar 1 - 9 oz thawed cool whip 1 – 8 oz cream cheese
Mix cake as per package directions. Cook and cool. Split the 2 layers to make 4. Mix Sugar and sour cream, set aside ½ cup of this mixture. Stack layers with the rest of the mixture and coconut. Mix the ½ cup with cool whip and cream cheese and spread over entire cake, top with coconut. Refrigerate & may be frozen.
