1 box Orange or White Cake Mix
2 pkg Frozen Coconut
16 oz. Sour Cream
1 cups sugar
1 - 9 oz thawed cool whip
1 8 oz cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake as per package directions. Cook and cool. Split the 2 layers to make 4. Mix Sugar and sour cream, set aside cup of this mixture. Stack layers with the rest of the mixture and coconut. Mix the cup with cool whip and cream cheese and spread over entire cake, top with coconut. Refrigerate & may be frozen.
