2 c. sugar
2 Tbs. cocoa
c. butter (1 stick)
c. evaporated milk
c. peanut butter
2 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare two 9 x 13 cookie sheets by covering them with wax paper, or freezer paper. In a bowl, mix sugar and cocoa. In a saucepan (boiler), melt butter over medium heat, continue by stirring in sugar-cocoa mix and milk to sauce pan a little at a time alternating (a little sugar-cocoa then a little milk and repeat). Continue to boil about 2 or 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Add Vanilla. Stir.
Add Peanut Butter. Stir until smooth. Stir in Oatmeal. Using small spoon, drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. Cool before serving.
