24 vanilla wafers

Directions:
Line a 12 cup muffin tin with paper. Put one vanilla wafer in each cup. Mix yogurt and cool whip. Put 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture over the vanilla wafer in each cup. Top each cup with the remaining vanilla wafer. Freeze 1 hour or until firm.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Use a knife to pop each desert cup out of the muffin tin. I store these in a freezer bag, or in a plastic container with a lid in my freezer. To eat, let desert sit for a few seconds, the paper liner peels of easier.
