2 - oz. Cream cheese (room temperature)
1 can Crescent rolls
3/4 c. Sugar
1 Egg (separated)
1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9" x 13" pan with Pam; roll out half of crescent dough and place in pan. Mix cream cheese, egg yoke, and sugar; spread over the crescent dough in pan. Roll the other half of crescent dough and lay over cream cheese mix.
Mix egg white with 1/2-tsp. vanilla flavoring & brush on top of crescent dough. Bake at 350 degrees until brown on top. Refrigerate until cool.
