2 quarts buttermilk
2 cups whipping cream
2 cups sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix buttermilk, cream, sugar, & vanilla. Stir until sugar dissolves.
Freeze mixture in a 4 to 6 qt. ice cream freezer
Freeze 30 min, Ripen 4 hours
