1 Can Corned Beef
8-10 medium potatoes
1 med/large onions
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and dice potatoes and onions, place in 3-qt. pot, cover with just enough water to cook the potatoes. Add salt and pepper, cook until almost done. (about 15 minutes). Break corned beef into small pieces, (not too little). Stir corned beef in with potatoes and onions, simmer until flavors are blended and potatoes and onions are done.
Salt and pepper to taste
