2 lbs. flank steak (score several times across grain)
1/4 cup light soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup dry red wine
2 T. prepared mustard
2 t. garlic powder
1 t. McCormick Montreal steak seasoning
2 t. worchestshire

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients and marinate steak in mixture for at least 4 hours; Remove steak from mixture and grill on both sides for about 8-10 minutes for medium cook. To serve: Slice across the grain in thin slices.
