1 whole Chicken or four large chicken breasts (boil, remove bones and SAVE broth)
4 or 5 potatoes cut into bite size pieces
1 large onion diced
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can tomatoes
1 small can tomato paste
1 can Tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken, take chicken out of broth and remove the bones. In the chicken-broth, boil the potatoes and onions until tender. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, and tomato soup. Bring to a boil again. Add the whole kernel corn. Add the boneless chicken to the pot and simmer for about 10 minutes; long enough for the chicken to get hot again. Serve alone or with cracker or corn bread.
Note: Add tomato sauce or ketchup if it is not red enough for ye!
