1 Fryer, cut up
c chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbs. butter
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. celery salt
tsp. pepper
3 c. boiling water or chicken broth
1 c. uncooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle chicken with paprika, salt and pepper. Brown rice and onion in butter. Spread rice mixture in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch buttered baking dish, add broth and celery salt. Cover dish tightly with foil. Bake 350 degree F. for 1 hour. Remove cover and bake 15 minutes longer, or until meat is tender.
