2 pounds green beans
1 cup vinegar
2 T pickling salt
2 t dill weed
1/4 t cayenne
2 cloves garlic crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Wash beans and trim ends. Brine; combine vinegar, 3 cups water, salt, dill, cayenne and garlic bring to a boil.
Put beans in canning jars, cover with liquid process 10 minutes.

I add more cayenne usually about 1 1/2 t and before I put the beans in the jars I add a few jalapeņo slices.

This hot bean is really tasty I got this recipe from a co-worker.
