2 c. biscuit mix
1 c. quick cooking rolled oats
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 large bananas, mashed, 1 cup
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Cinnamon to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine biscuit mix, oats, cinnamon, and nuts; set aside. In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in bananas, vanilla, and milk. Add dry ingredients all at once, stirring just until moistened. Put batter into a greased and floured 9X5X3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 min. or until a tester inserted in center of bread comes out clean.
