1 can Mexicorn
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Sour Cream
1 cup Cheddar Cheese (grated)
1 can green chilies
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all but Parmesan cheese. Cover with Parmesan Cheese. Bake at 375* for 35 minutes. Serve with corn chips.
