1 Box Butter Cake Mix
1 egg
1 stick softened butter

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
1 box (16 oz) powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients and press into a greased 13x9 pan. Set aside.

Beat with electric mixer until smooth. Pour over cake mix in pan. Bake at 350* for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
