4 potatoes (cubed)
8 slices thick bacon cut in small pieces
1 small diced onion
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cube potatoes. Boil until about done (keep firm) and drain. Begin frying bacon, add potatoes and fry until crispy. Add onion when about done. Season with salt and pepper according to taste.
