Line bottom and sides of 3 8 3/4X4 3/4X 2 1/2 inch loaf pans with smooth brown parchment paper. Don not grease. Have all ingredients at room temperature. Be sure to measure all ingredients. Preheat oven 10 minutes before baking at 325º F.
