1 can mixed vegetables (drained) ½ cup frozen corn (drained) 2 stalks celery (chopped) 1 onion (chopped) 1 cup grated cheese 1 can mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup ½ cup mayonnaise Crushed crackers 1 stick of margarine
Mix all ingredients together except crackers and margarine. Put in casserole dish. Top with crushed crackers, mixed with margarine. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until crackers are browned.
