Cook broccoli according to package directions. Melt velveeta cheese and (1) stick of margarine. Drain broccoli, mix with cheese mixture. Melt (1) stick margarine and pour over Ritz crackers. Sprinkle crackers over top of broccoli and cheese mixture. Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
