2/3 C. cooked rice
2/3 C. bread cubes
5 T. chopped onion
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/4 t. poultry seasoning
1 t. sage
1/3 C. melted butter
1 C. chopped celery
1 lb. raw pork sausage

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and either cook inside the turkey or in a baking pan at around 350 degrees.
