1 head Cabbage 7 med/large green tomatoes 100 hot peppers 7 med/large onions 5 bell peppers ½ cup salt Brine: 1½ cups sugar 2 cups apple cider vinegar 1 tsp. Turmeric 1½ tsp. mustard seeds
Chop and mix all together with the salt. Mix brine and add to mixture, cook for 15 minutes. Pack in hot sterilized jars and seal. Place jars in water bath, boil 5 minutes. Remove carefully, keep out of draft
