2 cups self-rising flour
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
1 cup vegetable oil
2 small jars Banana Baby food or 3 mashed bananas
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in order above; Grease and flour loaf or bundt pan. Pour in pan and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
