1 can Bush's Seasoned Black Beans (drained) 6 small spring onions (chopped) 1 small bunch of fresh parsley (coarse chopped) 6 twigs of cilantro 2 avocados (chopped) 1 large fresh tomato or 2 small (chopped) 3/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup lime juice
Mix all ingredients (best to add avocado just prior to mixing to avoid turning dark)
