4 Cups or 2 bunches spinach
ľ Cup extra virgin Olive Oil
1 lemon or lime, juiced
2 tsp sea salt, (I donít use this much, it's too salty)
2 cloves garlic, pressed

Directions:
Directions:
Place spinach in a bowl. Pour olive oil over spinach and flip the spinach over until all the spinach is well covered with oil. Add salt and garlic - continue flipping spinach. Grab a fork and start eating.
