2 pkg Lemon Pudding pie filling (not instant) 2 pkg Lime Jello (3 oz each) 1 cup cold water 1 Cup 1/2 & 1/2 Graham cracker crust Cool Whip
Cook lemon pudding according to directions on package in 3 qt. saucepan. Remove from heat. Add lime jello. Stir until dissolved. Cool. Add cold water and 1/2 & 1/2. Pour into 9x13 Graham Cracker Crust. Chill. Serve with cool whip.
This recipe came from as old friend, Loretta Short. When we were living in the apartment with all 4 kids. They lived 4 doors down with 4 kids. She had us for a sedar meal. 12 of us fit in the apartment. This was the dessert.
