1 - box of macaroni
3 - regular size cans of tomatoes (crushed)
1 to 1-1/2 Tablespoons of fatback meat grease
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni in salted water (about 1/2 teaspoon per quart of water). Cook until almost done. Cooking time is important so watch closely, do not overcooked. Pour water off macaroni, add tomatoes, return to burner at medium heat, add grease, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, turn heat down to low heat and cook until macaroni is done and flavors have blended. Taste and check to make sure you have enough salt and pepper. Salt is important to success of dish.
