1 pkg dry beefy-onion soup mix
1 pkg onion-mushroom soup mix

Directions:
On top of the stove over medium-high heat in an iron-skillet pour oil and potatoes; sprinkle both dry soup mix pkgs over potatoes. Cover potatoes and cook for five minutes then stir or turn over with a spatula. Continuing this until potatoes are brown and done. Might need to add a little more water as cooking tempertures may vary but do not add too much water at a time or potatoes will boil instead of fry!
