Broccoli heads
1 red onion medium
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 cup finely shredded cheese
cup Duke's mayonnaise
Bacon Bits

Directions:
Directions:
Cut florets off stalk (use florets cut into small pieces). Add diced red onions and cheese. Mix sugar, vinegar and mayonnaise together. Mix with broccoli mixture. Let set in refrigerator. Option, add bacon bits before serving
