36 Ritz crackers, crushed fine
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
3 egg whites, beaten
8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
1 c. powdered sugar
1 large container Cool Whip
2 small pkgs. instant pistachio pudding
3 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well first six ingredients together and spread in a greased 9"x13" pan. Cook at 300 for 25-30 minutes until lightly brown. Let cool completely. Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup of Cool White together and spread over cooled crust. Beat at low speed the instant pudding and milk. Spread over the cheese mixture. Top with the rest of the large container of Cool Whip. Keep refrigerated.
