2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups milk, scalded
1 cup cooked rice
raisins
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325

1) Combine the eggs, sugar and salt.
2) Gradually add the hot milk.
3) Stir in the rice, raisins, and vanilla.
4) Pour into a greased 1-quart casserole pan. Set pan in a larger pan with 1-inch of hot water.
5) Bake at 325 for 1 and 1/2 hours.

Can sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg before baking if you want.
