3 c. water
3 chicken bullion cubes
1 tbsp.. onion flakes
10 oz. broccoli

White Sauce:
4 tbsp. butter
5 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
3 oz. cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In water, bring to boil bullion cubes, onion flakes and broccoli ( I typically double the broccoli amount!!!).

In another pan, melt butter then add flour to make a paste. Add milk until it is a smooth consistency, then add cream cheese until well blended.

Once white sauce is complete, add this to the broccoli mixture.
