2 cans white shoe peg corn (do not drain)
1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup jalapeño peppers, coarsely chopped
3 tbsp jalapeño juice (more if you want it hotter)
black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine corn and cream cheese - you made need to place in microwave for 30 - 60 seconds. Add peppers and juice. Bake in preheated 350º oven for 30 minutes.
