2 c flour
pinch of salt
1/3 c cold water
1 egg yolk

For single crust
1 1/3 c sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 c Crisco
3 tbsp water

Prick bottom and side thoroughly with a fork. Bake at 425 for 10-15 minutes or until brown.
