"When I'm at a Chinese restaurant having a hard time with chopsticks, I always hope that there's a Chinese kid at an American restaurant somewhere who's struggling mightily with a fork."--Rick Budinich
1 1/2 C. hot water 1 Tbsp. yeast 2 Tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 3 1/2 C. flour
Topping 1 stick margarine garlic salt parmesan cheese
Mix all ingredients. Grease cookie sheet. Spread out dough, let rise 10 minutes. Topping: Melt 1 stick margarine and drizzle over top, cut into strips and sprinkle with garlic salt to taste. You can also add Parmesan cheese (I use grated that comes in the cheese section not in the can.) Bake at 350º for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
