1 bag coleslaw
4 green onions
1/2 green pepper
1/2 red onion
2 chicken breasts
1/2 to 1 C. frozen peas
1/2 pkg ramen noodles

1/3 C. oil
3 Tbsp. rice vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 to 1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chicken bouillion

Boil or fry chicken breasts, cool and cut into pieces. Chop pepper and onion. Add to coleslaw. Add peas (I run hot water over top to unfreeze them) and chicken. Just before serving crumble the uncooked ramen noodles and toss with dressing.
