7 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
Saved bacon grease
2 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz. cream cheese, soft
1/4 c. half-and-half cream
4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
2 T. chopped fresh chives

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic in bacon grease until soft, drain.
Preheat oven to 350 deg. F. Beat cream cheese and cream until well blended. Stir in rest of ingred. Place in baking dish & bake covered 30 min. until lightly browned.
