1 Cup Butter or 1/2 C. Margarine
2 C. Sugar
1/3 C. Cocoa
4 Eggs
1 1/2 C. Flour
Pinch Salt
2 tsp. vanilla
Frosting:
1/4 C. butter or margarine
1/4 C. cocoa
pinch salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 C. powdered sugar
Milk
1 1/2 C. Chopped Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter or margarine, add sugar and cocoa.
Mix and then add 4 eggs one at a time.
Add flour, salt and vanilla. Mix and add chopped nuts.
Pour into 9x12 greased pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
Put marshmallows on top and put in oven until marshmallows are puffy then spread on frosting.
Frosting:
Mix melted butter or margarine, cocoa, salt, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Add milk to add consistency.
