1 can sweet condensed milk
4 egg yolks
1/2 cup lime juice
4 egg whites
unbaked pie shell
6 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine condensed milk, lime juice and 4 egg yolks. Beat 1 egg white until stiff and fold into mixture. Pour into baked pie shell. Beat 3 egg whites and gradually add sugar and cream of tartar. Put on top of lime mixture and bake at 350 until egg whites are goldern brown.
