Fresh Pumpkin Seeds 3-4 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine Salt
Rinse seeds and set aside, melt butter or margarine in microwave. Pour over pumpkin seeds and stir. Spread seeds on to a cookie sheet, sprinkle with salt and bake at 350º stirring from time to time until crispy. Eat roasted pumpkin seeds shell and all.
