1 - 12 oz. (8) package smoked sausage
1 - 8 oz. jar cheese whiz
1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
1 T. minced onions
2 T. dry parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
6 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled and sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Reserve (3) sausage links, slice remaining sausage and set aside. In a small bowl beat cheese spread and sour cream together until smooth. Add onions, parsley, and salt. Fold into potatoes with sliced sausages. Pour into a 1-1/2 qt. casserole. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
Cut reserved sausages in half and arrange on top of casserole. Bake ten more minutes or until sausage on top are heated.
