2 sticks oleo 1/3 cup sugar 2 tsp vanilla 2 tsp water 2 cups sifted flour 1 cup chopped pecans powdered sugar or semi-sweet chocolate, melted
Cream oleo and sugar. Blend vanilla and water into creamed mixture. Add flour and chopped pecans and mix well. Roll into balls or fingers and bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350º for 20 minutes. Cool; then roll in powdered sugar or dip in melted semi-sweet chocolate.
