1 small can cream, or 1 cup
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups chopped pecans
1 tsp oleo

Directions:
Mix in large boiler sugar, soda and cream. Boil about 10 minutes or so. Keep scraping away from sides while boiling. Then check in cup of cold water to see if it forms a soft ball. If so, take off heat; add one small slice of oleo, beat, then add vanilla and beat. Then add pecans. Beat. Place spoonfuls of pralines on waxed paper. When cooled, raise each piece up to keep from sticking to paper.
