4 whole eggs, beaten
2 cup brown sugar
18 cut up orange slice, small
2 cups flour
pinch of salt
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Add to beaten eggs brown sugar, In another bowl, cut up orange slices and add flour and salt; add this to egg mixture and beat well. Add vanilla and chopped pecans. Pour into well greased cookie sheet, about 1/2 inch thick and bake slowly in 300º oven until firm, about 15 or 20 minutes.

Hint: Cut up orange slices in flour so as to coat them with flour to keep them from being sticky. Cut orange slices with scissors.
