Chicken breasts or thighs - skinless,
Stuffing mix,
Mushroom or cream of chicken soup,
cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Make stuffing - I use dry bread, onions, carrots, celery, garlic, poultry seasoning, sage and lots of butter to make mine. Spray or grease a casserole dish, size depend on how much you are cooking. Lay the chicken on bottom of dish and cover with the soup, choose either chicken or mushroom. Layer the stuffing over the soup and the cheese over the stuffing. Bake at 380 for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked.
