1. 4 - 8 oz cream cheese softened at room temperature 2. 5 eggs adding 1 egg at a time 3. 1 1/2 c sugar 4. 8 oz sour cream 5. 8 oz heavy cream 6. 1 tsp vanilla
Mix in order listed above and beat after each ingredient added. Pour into 10-11" spring form pan with graham cracker crust bottom. Bake at 350º for one hour and let stand 3 hours before refrigerating. Rich, moist and delicious.
