1 bag Mahatma yellow rice
1 can whole corn
1 can Campbell cheese soup or softened Velvetta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to package. Mix rice and remaining ingredients in large bowl. Pour into glass baking dish. Top with Velvetta slices, if desired. Bake 15 - 20 minutes at 325.
