4c cooked rhubarb, sweetened
2 reg boxes strawberry jello
1 qt vanilla ice cream
Cool Whip
16 graham crackers - rolled fine
1 tsp flour
1/2 c butter, softened
1/4 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and sweeten rhubarb. Stir in 2 boxes strawberry jello. Then add 1 qt vanilla ice cream. put in fridge to set. When partially set, pour over graham cracker crust. When completely set, put Cool Whip over top. sprinkle few crumbs on top.
Graham Cracker Crust: blen thoroughly: 16 graham crackers rolled fine, 1 tsp flour, 1/2 c butter, softened, 1/4 c sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon. (I use a 9 x 13 pan)
