1 large or 2 small cans cream of chicken soup
1 small onion chopped and sauteed in butter
4 chicken breast - cut up in bite size pieces
1 pkg flour tortillas (I use 8 large)
1 jar medium salsa
2 - 4 c shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
For sauce: Mix soup, onion, and cut-up chicken together.
Tear tortilla shells in 1 - 1 1/2" pieces.
Layer in crock pot - sauce, shells, salsa, and cheese and repeat.
Cook on high for several hours (I usually give 4 on high, or can go 8 on low).
