1 1/2 lb ground chuck
1/2 C chopped onion
1/2 C chopped celery
2 C shredded cabbage
2 15oz cans red kidney beans
1 lge can V-8 juice
2 T chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat add onion and celery.Steam vegetables with ground chuck until tender,
Add V-8 juice,cabbage,kidney beans and chili
powder. Simmer at least 1 hour linger is better. May need to add some water to this soup.
