4 c. thinly sliced apples 1/4 c. orange juice 3/4 c. flour 1 c. sugar 1/2 t. ground cinnamon 1/4 t. ground nutmeg 1 pinch salt 1/2 c. butter
Preheat oven to 375º. Grease a 9 in. pie plate. Put the apples in the pie plate and pour the orange juice over the top. Mix together the flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Cut the utter into the mixture until it crumbles. Sprinkle it over the apples. Bake @375º for 45 minutes.
