1 c. Chopped pecans
2 tbsp butter
2 8-oz cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 2 1/2-oz pkg dried beef (chopped)
4 tsp diced onion

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, saute pecans in butter until golden. Set aside. In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream and garlic powder, mix well. Stir in chopped beef and onion.

Spread into greased 8" square baking dish. Top with pecans. Bake uncovered @ 350 for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers or bread sticks. Goes well with vegetable sticks also.
